Instructions

  1. Cook the chicken: Place the chicken breasts in a large pot and cover just with water. Cook over medium-low heat until the chicken is fully cooked but not boiling to avoid toughness. Once done, let cool slightly, then shred the chicken using two forks.
  2. Prepare the baking dish: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 13×9-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray to prevent sticking.
  3. Cook the spaghetti: Boil the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain well and set aside.
