Ingredients
Scale
Sliders
- 12 King’s Hawaiian Original Sweet Rolls
- 8 oz Deli Sliced Corned Beef or leftover cooked corned beef
- 1–2 Cups Thousand Island or Russian Dressing
- 8 oz Sauerkraut, drained with excess moisture squeezed out
- 12 slices Swiss Cheese
Butter Topping
- 2 tablespoons Salted Butter
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1–2 tablespoons Everything Bagel Seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to prepare for baking the sliders.
- Prepare the rolls: Slice each King’s Hawaiian roll in half lengthwise. Arrange the bottom halves in an oven-safe tray to form the base layer.
- Layer dressing and corned beef: Spread a thin layer of Thousand Island or Russian dressing over the bottom half of the rolls. Then evenly layer the sliced corned beef on top, followed by six slices of Swiss cheese.
- Add sauerkraut and more cheese: Evenly spread the drained sauerkraut over the cheese, add more dressing on top of the sauerkraut, then place the remaining six slices of Swiss cheese over the dressing.
- Top and prepare butter mixture: Place the top halves of the rolls over the layered fillings. Melt the salted butter and mix it with garlic powder and Worcestershire sauce.
- Brush butter topping: Generously brush the butter mixture over the tops of the rolls to ensure they bake up flavorful and golden.
- Season and bake: Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning on top of the buttered rolls. Cover the tray with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until heated through and cheese is melted.
Notes
- Ensure sauerkraut is well-drained to prevent soggy sliders.
- Use leftover cooked corned beef for a more economical option.
- Adjust the amount of dressing based on your preference for moisture and tanginess.
- For extra crispiness, uncover the sliders during the last 5 minutes of baking.
- These sliders can be prepared ahead and baked just before serving.
