- 14.5 oz. can garbanzo beans (chickpeas), rinsed and drained
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp. minced garlic
- 1 tbsp. hot sh!t seasoning
- 4 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Prepare Chickpeas: Rinse and drain the 14.5 oz. can of chickpeas thoroughly to remove excess liquid and ensure crispiness.
- Mix Ingredients: Place the drained chickpeas into a ziplock bag along with 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil, 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, 1 tablespoon of hot sh!t seasoning, and 4 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese.
- Coat Chickpeas: Seal the ziplock bag and shake vigorously to evenly coat all the chickpeas with the seasoning and oil mixture.
- First Air Fry: Transfer the coated chickpeas to the base of the air fryer basket, making sure they are spread out in a single layer. Set the air fryer to 370°F and cook for 7 minutes.
- Toss and Second Air Fry: After 7 minutes, remove the basket and give the chickpeas a good toss to ensure even cooking. Return the basket to the air fryer and cook for an additional 7 minutes at 370°F until the chickpeas are crispy and golden.
- Cool and Serve: Remove the chickpeas from the air fryer and allow them to cool slightly. Enjoy as a crunchy, savory snack.
