Instructions

Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well incorporated.
- Shape and Chill: Roll the mixed cheese blend into a ball shape. Wrap it tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least one hour or until the cheese ball is firm and set.
- Coat and Serve: Remove the chilled cheese ball from the plastic wrap. Roll it in the reserved chopped dried beef and green onions to cover the exterior. Place the cheese ball on a serving dish and serve with an assortment of crackers.
