Ingredients

Scale

Base

  • 1/2 cup certified gluten free oats
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder

Toppings

  • 1/2 banana, sliced (plus extra slices for garnish)
  • 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Combine Base Ingredients: In a bowl or jar, mix the gluten free oats, almond milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, and vanilla protein powder thoroughly. Once combined, cover and refrigerate this mixture while preparing the ganache and toppings.
  2. Prepare Banana Slices: Slice approximately half a banana to use as a layer on top of the overnight oats later.
  3. Make White Chocolate Ganache: Microwave the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in short bursts, stirring in between until fully melted and smooth. Stir the melted white chocolate into the Greek yogurt until well combined. Remove the oats from the fridge, spread the banana slices on top, then pour the white chocolate- Greek yogurt ganache over the bananas. Return the oats to the refrigerator and allow to set overnight.
  4. Serve: In the morning, garnish with additional banana slices. Your Banana Cream Pie Overnight Oats are now ready to grab and go for a quick, wholesome breakfast.
